In
today's world where our life is so fast and filled with a lot of
responsibilities there seems to be no place for boredom. However,
there is some time in our life when even adults become overpowered by
boredom. Even though this state of doing nothing and having no energy
to undertake any activity is perceived as something negative,
actually may bring some benefits.
Firstly,
it can make you more creative because when you start daydreaming you
force your brain to wonder and by this to create, with no pressure,
interesting or even extraordinary ideas devoid of limits or
expectations.
Secondly,
boredom can help indicate you that something in your life goes wrong
because when things that you do doesn't bring you joy any more or
make you bored maybe it's a hint to do some changes.
Thirdly,
boredom can be essential for your happiness because when something
good happens you may appreciate it more as it is a factor that pulls
you out of this depresif state and make your life exciting again.
So, as we see the rule is
simple: Do nothing and things will go surprisingly well! :)
That's the best and the most inspiring rule I've heard about! :D But how does it go with passing exams at our uni? Is it worth trying? ;)
