The burnout?
Nowadays it seems to be an inseparable element in our busy life. The
pace of life doesn't allow anyone to rest. We are balancing between
home and work and of course we are trying to face the high pressure
in our work to satisfiy the expectations of the boss to not give him
the reason to start thinking of our utility in the establishment. So,
is there any solution to stop living for our job and start to enjoy
it.? Well, maybe the problem doesn't lay in the expectations of the
job market but in our in mismatch to the profession that we do. I
have an impression that people choose their jobs by taking into
account only the prestige of the job, the salary, the accessibility
of getting a post with no regard to their nature, abilities and
disposition. So maybe insted of chasing blindly your ambitions it is
worth to take a look at your personality, whether you are an
extrovert or introvert and what kind of job suits you better and be
satified in your life rather that be frustrated? I will show here a
few examples of jobs for both of them. So, for the extroverts who
tend to be rather outgoing, risk-takers and expressive, the most
suitable job is the one that involves planning and managing. It would
we for example: an event planner, an advertising sales agent or a
businessman. For the introverts who tend to be reserved, thoughtful
and self-aware, jobs that require precision and concenration would be
the best choice for them. It will be for instance: an accountant, a
graphic designer or a book editor. So if there is anyone who still
hesitates which career path he or she should choose I recommend to
try this solution :)
